Deux dames, l’une vivant dans une maison de retraite, l’autre,
visiteuse de personnes âgées, s’affrontent dans 3 scènes aux
dialogues corrosifs et percutants. On assiste à un jeu de ping-
pong où s’entremêlent fragilité, cynisme et peur de la vieillesse
et de la solitude.
On reconnaît dans ce triptyque la « patte » si caractéristique de
Guy Foissy dont l’art de manier la dérision et l’humour au 2 e
degré n’est plus à démontrer.

Guy FOISSY est un maitre de l’humour noir dans lequel le quotidien se montre atroce, surprenant, bizarre, comme des rencontres troubles avec la vie.
Né à Dakar en 1932, ses premières pièces ont été créées en 1956 au Théâtre de la Huchette à Paris. Actuellement plus de 80 de ses pièces ont été jouées, en France et dans plus de 35 pays, et traduites dans une quinzaine de langues et une trentaine de ses pièces sont éditées au Japon. En 1976, une compagnie théâtrale japonaise, dirigée par Masao Tani décide de s’appeler Théâtre Guy Foissy et de se consacrer exclusivement à son théâtre. Elle a créé une quarantaine de ses pièces à Tokyo.
En 2006, il a fêté ses 50 ans de théâtre.
Il a mené parallèlement une carrière de cadre de l’Action Culturelle en France et à l’étranger.
Il a reçu de nombreux prix, distinctions et décorations au cours de sa carrière.
